    Sheer curtains are light and see-through. They soften daylight and keep daytime privacy while still letting the room feel bright. Blockout curtains are made from a heavy, light-blocking fabric that darkens the room for sleep, privacy and a cooler space. Many homes use both together as double curtains.

  • What are double curtains?

    Double curtains have two layers on a dual track, a sheer layer and a blockout layer. You can close the sheer for soft light during the day, then close the blockout at night for full darkness. It's the most flexible option and very popular for living rooms and bedrooms.
